Signet worked with Baptist Health Hospital, the original operator of the facility, to create the vision for the project and improve senior inpatient psychiatric services in Montgomery County, Alabama and the surrounding region.



Project Details

Signet developed the $13 Million, 60-bed psychiatric facility on a 3.6 acre site located in Montgomery, Alabama. The behavioral health center consists of an approximate 41,200 square foot psychiatric care center suitable to treat patients specializing in inpatient and outpatient medical detoxification and psychiatry (geriatric and adult services).

Signet is the owner of the project and provided all development, project management, and financing services.
