Executive Summary

The new Spectrum Orthopaedics headquarters was the result of a consolidation of four offices into one convenient central location to provide a more comprehensive offering to the patients that they serve. This new facility for Spectrum allows Spectrum to continue to deliver world class orthopedic care to the residents of Stark and surrounding counties housing all of its physicians, staff and equipment under one roof.



Project Details

Spectrum and Signet worked together to carefully program this new facility to fit the needs of the physician team and staff while creating enjoyable patient experience. Each of the project components are connected by a common atrium, allowing timely and personalized care within each functional area, while minimizing inefficiencies within the building. Spectrum also partnered with a national surgery center specialty group to operate the ambulatory surgery center component of the facility.

Signet developed the facility by identifying and purchasing the land for the project, while also providing the equity and debt Completion financing to construct the project. Signet continues to serve as the 2014 property manager for Spectrum Orthopaedics.
