This $25 million, 88,555 square foot facility offers comprehensive outpatient services, a physician medical o ce building, and an ambulatory surgery center. From diagnostics to physician offices and same-day surgery, the Summa Health Center at Lake Medina serves the residents of Medina and surrounding communities. On-site diagnostics capabilities include radiology, mammography, CT scan, MRI, ultrasound, bone density testing, physical and occupational therapy, and lab services. The project also includes comprehensive radiation and medical oncology services.



Project Details

Summa Health System leases approximately 44,307 square feet and the remaining 44,248 square foot medical office building is under lease by local physicians Signet worked with to create the project.

Signet led the development and nance team, identifying and purchasing the land for the project, while also providing all of the equity and securing the debt financing to build the project improvements.
