In partnership with the University of Kentucky, Signet real estate group developed a five-story, mixed-use parking structure that includes over 900 new parking spaces and over 15,000 SF of GROUND-FLOOR mixed-use and innovation space.
The $34M project is a redevelopment of an old campus bookstore as part of the transformation of UK’s north campus. The project was financed utilizing tax- exempt financing, which provides the project with long-term, low-cost capital.
